In this session from 2021 Building Bridges, AEA staff members Sydney Hoffman (SLP) and Lindsay Swartzendruber (Autism Consultant) share a short overview of "Peer-to-Peer", a strategy created by Maureen Ziegler, from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. This Peer Mediated Intervention and Instruction (PMII) strategy supports students in acquiring essential social skills within the general education environment. This recording also highlights ways to begin Peer-to-Peer within your school.
Also, we recommend these resources from Grand Valley State University.
