What Can We Do For You?
Participating districts will meet weekly on Zoom for 30-minute sessions to discuss communication objectives for the upcoming week. Grant Wood AEA offers several ways to support your district in achieving its communication goals and crafting a strategy to effectively share your district's story. Social Media
Grant Wood AEA Communications is responsible for writing captions and creating graphics using content provided by your district. GWAEA will share best practices and effective social media strategy.
Website Maintenance/Content Creation
Districts will discuss maintenance and content generation needs. Grant Wood AEA will audit your districts website and help align it to best practices in web accessibility and search engine optimization.
Districts will also be supported in the creation of smaller Google sites (for online toolkits, event use, etc.).
Photography
Grant Wood AEA photographers can help your district share its story!
Graphic Design
Simple graphics for social media can be created at no additional cost. Graphics adhere to each districts unique branding.
Video Production
Video production and filming is available to participating districts. Grant Wood AEA can also support your district in creating branded video bumpers and openings.
Hiring/Staffing
Simple promotional graphics can be created for promotional purposes. Grant Wood AEA can also support your district in writing job descriptions for LinkedIn and Indeed.
Media/Press
Grant Wood AEA can help your district craft and edit press releases to help your message reach a wider audience.
Newsletters
Basic, branded digital newsletters can be created in districts' preferred newsletter platforms.
